- Stafford Planet does not accept stud dogs or puppy/litter coming from or belonging to puppy mills or from breeding kennels containing excessive large amounts of puppies.
- The stud dogs or puppies added to Stafford Planet's breeders directory must be in good health and registered to the recognised kennel club of their country and /or of their country of birth.
- Stafford Planet expect from all breeders and dog owners accessible though this website that they respect the codes of ethics of the clubs associated to their specific breed and respect animal life by giving them what they need for their well-being and health.
- The subscribers of Stafford Planet recognize that Stafford Planet is a website accessible to the public and accept that Stafford Planet is not responsible for the information given by its members, contained in the file of their dogs and /or their own website, against photocopies, re-printings and revealed information that may occur by the public or third parties.
- The subscribers of Stafford Planet commit themselves to provide and maintain a valid e-mail address.
- The subscribers of Stafford Planet must provide the information of only one dog per add. ( except for puppy/litter add who include the dam, sir and puppy information).
- Stafford Planet is not responsible for the information that may be lost on this website.
- Stafford Planet strictly demands that only true information be given on the stud dogs and puppy/litter adds.
- Stafford Planet reserves the right to refuse or to put an end to all registrations without obligation to give a reason or explanation.
- All breach or non-respect to those terms and condition can result in cancellation of the services offered to the subscribers having committed the breaches or non-respect of those terms and conditions.
- Those terms and conditions can be modified if needed and will be retroactive for all subscribers.
- The subscribers are responsible for the informations they put in this website and in the links and other websites that they provide. Stafford Planet takes no responsibility or legal responsibility for its lists, information, links and websites provided by the subscribers.
